The ideal candidate for the RehabbingU Partnership Program will have these characteristics:

  • You're committed to doing the required training and marketing to purchase 3 properties over the next year, with our support and guidance.
  • You'll work in earnest towards the goal of purchasing, rehabbing, and selling these properties.
  • You'll share questions and ideas openly with us and the community to help us to roll out the best program to serve all our clients at the highest level.
  • You'll be open to sharing and being a leader in the community to help others who are going through this process in this program and our main program later this year.
  • You'll want to either be an Agent or have an Agent that you can work with for viewing properties, making offers, providing comps for determining values, and listing the property on the back end.

There are no guarantees as to your success in this program.  Your results with be based on your actions within this program.
