Whether you’re looking to rehab or hold a property, JM Real Estate Capital has lending solutions for you. We cover loans* for:

Rehabs

For rehab loans, we can cover up to 100% of the purchase price and 100% of rehab to a total loan not exceeding 75% of the ARV. We have zero minimum to 5 Million for rehab and rental loans.

Rentals

For rental loans, we can lend up to 80% of value on a straight purchase, no cash-out refi. Cash-out refinances can receive up to 75% of the value.

Ground-up Construction

Ground up loans can receive up to 75% of land purchase and up to 100% of the build cost total. Loan may not exceed ABV of 65%.

Our minimum FICO for both rehab and long-term rental loans are 600.

*Loan amounts are available on a case by case basis.

Mike has been an associate with LegalShield for 18 years.  He works in the field, meeting with companies and conducting enrollments and Identity Theft workshops. His passion is partnering with people who want to build their own business within LegalShield.  Prior to LegalShield, Mike owned a car dealership, and he has been a real estate investor for over 35 years, so he understands the importance LegalShield services brings to MnREIA members and knows how valuable a law firm is that is readily available to answer questions, review contracts, and much more when purchasing real estate. Mike resides in Stillwater, Minnesota, with his wife of 38 years, Mary. Together they raised three children and have five grandchildren. In his spare time Mike enjoys riding bike, reading, and traveling with his family.

A little bit about Jamal:  Jamal has always had a passion for real estate and has served in numerous professional capacities. He has experience as a real estate agent, mortgage broker, and in construction, most recently since 2022 in exterior restoration. He has experience as a retired professional NFL athlete (Seattle Seahawks) and tenure in sports, fitness, entertainment and hospitality has proven valuable helping others. His goal is to build a trusting, service-first, family-oriented culture in an industry too often lacking these values to serve, help and lift up our community with honesty and integrity offering Contracting as a Service (CAAS).
