"Listen, there are a lot of classes and gurus that ask for thousands of dollars for memberships. We tried some of them as well. MNREIA is THE BEST; you get so much networking and classes, and monthly membership is affordable to EVERYBODY. If you are a beginner: there is no better place to start. If you cannot make enough to cover the small cost of a MNREIA membership from real estate, then real estate is not for you. In this case at least you are not going to lose thousands of dollars to figure it out.

"I took a course called "The Flipping Formula". They recommended that I look up a local REIA to find investors who also wholesale. I went to the internet and found MnREIA. The rest is history. I like the format of the meetings, the market update, the haves and wants, as well as the monthly speakers. I find it very helpful that a diverse set of speakers is presented as I believe there is no one speaker who is best for everyone. I like that there really are others like me in this business! I also learned that there is more than one way to invest in real estate. If I keep learning and meeting new people, I plan to stay!
