"My overall experience with MnREIA has been very educational. Every month Mike Jacka has offered great information for investors at our monthly meetings. The most important thing people should know about MnREIA is that it helps investors understand the business of investing, marketing, evaluating a property, rehabbing a property, and selling or wholesaling a property. The program offers an investor great contacts with other investors.

I would recommend MnREIA to family, friends, and others interested. In fact I recommended MnREIA to other people starting in the rehab business, and especially talked up the program to others I have met who are new investors or new to rehabbing houses. I have been a member of MnREIA for 8 years and keep learning new things every month. "As an active member of MnREIA, I look forward to the monthly meetings. I enjoy learning something new each month. I feel that there is a lot of effort that goes into putting the meeting together so that we as members are benefiting from our membership. I would and even have recommended MnREIA to others. I wish that I had known about MnREIA before I started in Real Estate, but am very happy to have found the group. I always learn something at the monthly meetings, and am impressed with how Mike is so active with the crowd looking for our input as well as providing his.

I currently use the free website for members but I know that as my business grows the premium site will definitely provide another level of support. As a wholesaler it will definitely be necessary for me while estimating repairs. I can calculate total repairs on the spot when viewing a property to determine if it is a viable property for wholesale/rehab. One part of the website that I think is terrific is the co-marketing feature. Have the ability to add additional properties on your website to market is a great tool, especially during this market.

The MnREIA website is one of the most intuitive sites available. Adding/editing properties is so simple that even someone that isn't very computer savvy would be able to use it. And there are instructional videos that demonstrate how to do anything that may be confusing to you."

Here's what I have learned from MnREIA...

1. MnREIA has opened doors to me by networking with other investors and lenders. I've also learned to understand some of the forms involved.
2. My favorite benefit has been the guest speakers coming in and teaching how they run their businesses.
3. I would recommend MnREIA to anyone who wishes to network with other investors, or who wants to understand more about RE Investing. The group of people are so generous and giving of their time and knowledge.

"MnREIA has been awesome for my business. I stood up at the haves and wants portion of the meeting 5 years ago and said I wanted a property in Crystal or Columbia Heights.  Hendrie Grant gave me his card and I bought the house he was wholesaling.  He sold me 3 more houses over the next 18 months and I’ve bought many more since from other Wholesalers or out of foreclosure.
