MNREIA is THE BEST; you get so much networking and classes, and monthly membership is affordable to EVERYBODY. If you are a beginner: there is no better place to start. If you cannot make enough to cover the small cost of a MNREIA membership from real estate, then real estate is not for you. "I joined MnREIA in 2015 because it was highly advised by my mentor at Advanced Real Estate Education. My goals when I joined were to acquire properties to rehab and to invest in other real estate investors projects and now my goals are to basically acquire properties to fix and flips and retire by 2025. I have paid for the following training outside of MnREIA - Advanced Real Estate Education totaling $77,000.00. I continue to be a part of MnREIA because I can continue to stay educated in the field of real estate. I like the format of the meetings, the market update, the haves and wants, as well as the monthly speakers.
