January WIRE Event: Mastering the Title Commitment
Join us at this month's WIRE meeting to network with other women in the real estate arena, and learn from an expert about all things title.
What to Expect:
- Networking Opportunities: Meet and connect with like minded women in a collaborative environment.
- Learn from an Expert: Our guest speaker, Kelly Babler Crezee has over two decades experience in title. She will walk us through the key components of a title commitment and explain how to properly read and interpret this critical document.
- Get your Questions Answered: Bring all your questions about title!
Why This is Important: Understanding a Title Commitment can make or break a real estate deal. Title issues, such as liens, encumbrances, or unresolved claims, can lead to delays, disputes, and financial loss. By mastering the skills to read and interpret a Title Commitment, you'll be equipped to protect your transactions, your clients, and your bottom line.
