Why This Workshop Matters
Owning property in your personal name can expose your information, limit flexibility, and create unnecessary risk. Land Trusts can help investors keep ownership more private, make transfers easier, and build structures that support long-term investing.
This is not just theory. You’ll learn practical strategies, real-world examples, and the key concepts every investor should understand before using Land Trusts.
Bring Your Deeds/Mortgages
Bring your Deeds or Note/Mortgage, because we will be putting your properties into a Land Trust on Saturday. The Warranty Deeds to Trustee will be notarized and you will be able to bring them to the County to Record them on Monday following the Workshop.
We will also learn about Personal Property Trusts for:
- Cars
- Boats / RVs / Motorhomes / Campers
- ATV’s / Snowmobiles
- Other Assets
- Beneficiary of Land Trusts
Are Land Trust Complicated or Expensive?
Land Trusts are not complicated to create; they are complicated to learn. There are many layers to a Trust that you must learn before you start using them, but once you learn them, they are very easy to create and use. They are also very inexpensive if you create them yourself, if you hire an attorney, they will become very expensive and that is if you can even find an attorney that understands Trusts and are comfortable using them.
This workshop and the complementary workbook and trust forms are designed to make you feel confident using trusts for your personal property and all your investments to help keep your business private.
