 Smart Start Intro

Finally, a workshop designed for you.  This workshop is designed to help you get you your first deal and headed in the right direction.  We will work on forms and contracts so when that perfect deal comes along, you will have confidence and knowhow to make an offer and be able to fill out all the forms and contracts to get the deal to closing.  You will even learn how to analyze any single family deal.

Bring in your leads and we will analyze your leads with the class.  Don't have your own leads, then we'll help you get some.
