I would like to thank you for all your help and tell you a little bit about our first deal. We got a call from the seller in August and she had a vacant property that was soon going to go into foreclosure. She had two mortgages one for 93,000 and a second for $12,000. We successfully negotiated a short sale with both lenders. We got the first one down to $48,000 and the second to $3,500. We flipped it over to another investor and got $5,000 out of the deal. Although it wasn't a big payday, we learned a lot about how to negotiate a short sale and a lot more. We have been at this since April of this year and we plan to do more of these in the future!!
