In the business of property investment and management we are in a position where we need to keep our assets off of public records. If someone slips on your steps and gets hurt they'll have no trouble finding a lawyer willing to take the case once they scroll through public records to determine whether or not they will take the case and follow through on their 'you don't pay if we don't win.'
