Kim Burke and Sean Blomquist will show you how to buy fix and flip type of properties at deep discounts just like the rehabbers using hard money for the acquisition and rehab.
Sean will show you how to acquire a property just like a rehabber at rehabber prices and how a hard money lender will allow you to renovate the property.
Then Kim will show you how to refinance the property after the rehab is completed so that you can keep it as a long term rental property at lower interest rates to maximize your monthly cash flow.

Coming from the South: Go to Central/Hwy 65 to Mississippi Street, turn Left, then make an immediate Left onto Taylor Street NE - go down 1 block to 64th Avenue NE, and turn Left again, that will being you right in front of Banquets of Minnesota and then you will be able to turn into either of the driveways.
Coming from the North: Go down Central/Hwy 65 to Mississippi Street, turn Right, then take the Left onto Taylor St NE, down 1 block to 64th Avenue NE, turn Left to come to Banquets of MN driveways.
