I do a live weekly webinar training for real estate investors from all over the country. The weekly training is designed to help you either get started or get back on track. We have a vast verity of investors on the weekly training call from beginners to seasoned investors and one thing that I have been trying to emphasis on the training calls is that there is no one magical technique for success.

There are common traits and behaviors of successful investors, but they all have their own (sometimes unique) business models and they stick to it. However, in today’s rapidly changing market and economy, even those seasoned investors have been forced to change their strategies recently, myself included. That is why we have been seeing so many seasoned investors looking for answers.

I have been working with everyone to help them understand that one key fundamental to long term success in real estate, or any other business for that matter is the ability to change with the market. The market has changed and so must we.

So I am reaching out to all my fellow investors, new and old to find out what is working for you in your market? jarrodfrenzel44@yahoo.comEverything is fast changing, hence, it is advisable that to cope with what is "in thing" at this point in time, one should know and learn how to make adjustment, and changing what they have been doing or using for the longest time is one way of doing it.

Ryan@MnREIA.comConsistency in your marketing messages and having well thought out grooves in your marketing to take your lead from one step to the next is important. Addressing common questions in your materials before they are asked can work well for conditioning them to take a desired action.

That is why we are doing the weekly training and why I am asking everyone else what is working for them. Together we can all work together to make are marketing efforts stand out and learn from each other. Thanks for your input Ron, we all appreciate it.

ron@minnesotainvestors.comWhat's working is that you have to be different, you have to go after where the demand is. Most people have very poor credit that are answering marketing. 5 years ago, people who did marketing spent real money, thus their was recourse and risk of loss of real money. Today websites are $1.99, free hosting, and almost all marketing is free, thus no recourse, thus 250 million blogs, 300 million people on facebook with status upsdates, billions on youtube, google, spam, we are all marketing at the exact same time, 100-1000 times as many marketers. FREE made everything a level playing field, a 10 year old with time on his/her hands can out market you, Be different, have great headlines, you have less time than ever, with 1000-2000 ads or more per day hitting our subconscious everyone is filtering faster than ever.
